Ordering
All our products can be ordered directly from us. Simply provide us with details of your requirements, which should include the following information:
Product required (eg Tile)
Name of design (eg Kelp)
Size (eg 10cm x 10cm)
Quantity (eg 15 tiles)
Special requirements (eg Tiles to have fully finished edges)
Please also provide your name, address for delivery, and details of how you would prefer to be contacted.

Upon receipt we will send you confirmation of your order, and ask for full payment. We accept credit and debit cards, cheques, postal orders or bank transfers.
We may need to check certain details with you, particularly for splashback orders – for example whether or not the glass is to be fitted into a tight space and if so what (if any) tolerance has been allowed in the measurements provided to us. Rest assured that we will always ask the necessary questions to ensure that the glass will be made to the correct measurements, but if you have any worries or queries please just ask.
Orders are typically despatched within four weeks of receipt of payment unless otherwise discussed (bespoke orders may take longer, but small orders can often be completed more quickly).
If you wish to see any of our designs first-hand before ordering you are welcome to visit our showroom (see Contact or Visit Us), or alternatively contact us for details of your nearest retailer who will be able to show you samples and take your order.
