Ordering
SPLASHBACKS
To order a splashback in one of the designs from our existing collections – eg Stripe, Mono, Earth etc – please contact us at glass@rupertscott.com or call us on 0845 450 7684 with details of your chosen design, the required size and your address. We will then confirm the price for you, including the cost for delivery and/or fitting if required. Upon acceptance of our quotation we will ask for full payment in order to confirm the order and to reserve a place in our production schedule. We accept payment by credit or debit card over the phone, by cheque or by bank transfer.
We may need to check certain details with you – for example whether or not the glass is to be fitted into a tight space and if so what (if any) tolerance has been allowed in the measurements provided to us. Rest assured that we will always ask the necessary questions to ensure that the glass will be made to the correct measurements, but if you have any worries or queries please just ask.

In some areas of the UK we are now able to arrange for our Creative Director, Steve Robinson to come and see you at home to discuss your splashback requirements. There is a charge for this service, which varies according to your location, but it is fully refundable against the cost of the order if you go ahead. Splashback orders are typically despatched within four weeks of receipt of payment. Commissions for unique splashback designs will usually take a little longer.
TILES
Our tiles can be purchased from a growing network of retailers across the UK. Please email tiles@rupertscott.com with details of your tile requirements and your location, so that we can direct you to the most appropriate retailer.
