Gorgeous tactile textures, vibrant colours, unusual designs, quality craftsmanship, contemporary style and a luxurious feel: this is what Rupert Scott kiln-formed glass is all about. Our beautiful handmade glass tiles and splashbacks will enable you to create a special feature in your home, making your kitchen or bathroom truly unique.

The Team
‘Rupert Scott’ is a small, family business owned and run by myself, Steve Robinson, and my wife Hannah.  I am a glass artist and designer, and am the firm’s Creative Director.  I graduated in Glass from the University of Wolverhampton. 

My full time assistant Emma Bowen is a Graduate of Winchester School of Art, and is usually our customers’ first point of contact for all telephone and email enquiries, and studio visitors.

Hannah oversees the sales, marketing and administrative aspects of the business.

I design all of ‘Rupert Scott’s’ unique products, and with the help of my small team I make, by hand, each and every tile and splashback individually at my studio on the Welsh coast.

Individually Handmade to Order
We prefer to make each tile and splashback specially to order for each customer, to ensure that all our customers’ requirements are perfectly met. If customers need their order to be delivered more quickly than our current lead time we always endeavour to oblige.

Professional and friendly personal service.
We genuinely care about every order we undertake, no matter how small. We believe good communication and attention to detail are essential, and will always go out of our way to double check order details and to keep customers informed of progress. We want to make sure that all our customers are as delighted with our service as they are with the end result.

Flexible
Our philosophy is one of ‘nothing is too much trouble’. We are always happy to adapt designs when requested, and whilst we offer a wide selection of standard tile sizes to fit with most tiling schemes, we are also able to make any special tile size that might be required.

We are honoured that the quality and originality of our products have twice been officially recognised with awards from The Tile Association, which represents the tile industry in the UK. In 2003 and then again in 2005 our tiles were the winner of the award for “Best New Innovation” in the tile market.
